Miro Technologies has been named a ‘Top PBL Solution Provider’ by World Business Research (WBR). WBR recognized the top Performance Based Logistics (PBL) solution providers for advancing maintenance and support contracts, systems, equipment, performance and sustainment for logisticians and their teams throughout the Department of Defense agencies and services. The award selection criteria was based on an extensive, ten-week research campaign where WBR contacted over 2,000 industry executives and asked a series of qualifying questions designed to identify the leading solution providers in the PBL space.
GOLDesp, Miro’s battle-tested, fully deployable flagship application, helps enable and sustain PBL programs by expanding the PBL umbrella to include sub-tier suppliers in the supply chain, through to the warfighter on the battlefield. GOLDesp improves operations as a decision support tool at all levels by incorporating business intelligences and optimization. Through the use of Miro-supported or industry-standard business intelligence tools, optimization of the support chain is realized through better data visibility between maintenance and supply across multiple organizations.
PBL contractors are strategically committed to GOLDesp. Contractors for 15 of 20 existing U.S. Air Force Contractor Supported Weapons Systems use Miro’s GOLDesp software to support their Inventory Control Point (ICP) operations. GOLDesp is currently supporting successful PBL programs at many of the top global defense contractors / OEMs and at many other locations around the world.
