La Jolla, CA – September 20, 2011 – Miro Technologies, a leading aftermarket provider of defense logistics and PBL software solutions, announced today a contract award from Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation that includes GOLDesp software licenses, implementation and integration services. Miro’s flagship software solution will replace an existing Sikorsky legacy business system to manage a closed loop inventory management system for two rotary wing fleets.
GOLDesp will support sustainment, repair, maintenance, serial number tracking, proposal management, spare parts order tracking, NRFI repair management and refurbishment of special use helicopter fleets. The project will also require the integration of GOLDesp with Sikorsky’s corporate SAP ERP system.
