Debbie Churchill
Vice President, Mission Products & Services
Debbie Churchill, a 17-year veteran with Tapestry Solutions, is the Vice President of Mission Products & Services. She serves over 600 employees who provide information solutions and services to Tapestry’s DoD, commercial, and international customers.
Churchill has held numerous positions throughout her career with Tapestry, including her most recent assignments as Director of Strategic Operations and Director of Planning and Execution.
As the Director of Planning and Execution, she provided executive leadership for several Department of Defense (DoD) programs and grew the division by 42 percent. She led DoD programs including the U.S. Air Force Global Decision Support System (GDSS), the U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command’s Consolidated Air Mobility Planning System (CAMPS), and the U.S. Transportation Command’s Single Mobility System (SMS)/Coalition Mobility System (CMS) systems.
Churchill previously served as Senior Program Manager with the Federated Software Group (FSG), which merged with Tapestry in December 2008. Prior to her positions at Tapestry, Churchill worked as a System Engineer at Unisys Corporation and support engineer at GTE Government Systems.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
